This session will be done in-person in OHIO. You must be local or willing to travel for this session.
This is an investment in your business. You will be taking home invaluable information and hands-on training to take your business to another level with a new confidence. One-on-one mentoring will provide you with exclusive access to training, learning your camera, posing, business topics without interruption that group settings may limit.
You must also have a good understanding of your camera functions, though not necessary. You must also have a 50mm prime lens (either 1.4 or 1.8).
The session will begin in the morning by going over camera settings for indoor newborn photography. We will go over natural light and best uses of. We will have one newborn model that will last about 2-3 hours long so that you can get a feel for how a full session will go. We will go over what to do when the newborn will not sleep, soothing techniques, incorporating parents into the session.
After the session we will go over post-processing of newborns as well as business and marketing and techniques to increase your client base. Lunch will be served during this time.
After lunch we will have an indoor baby or child session that will be approximately 30-45 minutes. If time allows we will go over post-processing.
After this piece, we will go over more post processing and answer any additional questions you may have. You will then have unlimited questions and editing advice going forward.
You will receive a detailed cheat-sheet with this session.
You will have unlimited contact with me after the sessions to answer any questions, get image critiques from your own sessions, help with editing questions, or session advice, etc. I will be at your disposal until you are comfortable doing it all on your own!
